This general TOT course was aimed at giving the participants the basic knowledge required to be a trainer in their area of expertise. Basic techniques such as persuasion, flow of ideas, 4MAT system and presentation skills were explained and demonstrated. All concepts taught were demonstrated interactively with active participation from the attendees. At the end of the course, all participants had to prepare and present their own materials on a subject of their choice.
