■ Summary:
Business Highway LLC is looking to hire two Finance & Accounting Instructors for one of its projects in Iraq. If you have the necessary skill sets and demonstrated experience in Finance & Accounting across Iraq, then we would like to hear from you!
■ Scope of Work and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update course materials with most up-to-date knowledge in Finance & Accounting.
- Prepare pre- and post-course tests and assessments.
- Prepare and collect feedback forms form participants.
- Deliver Finance & Accounting courses in an engaging and professional way.
- Use up-to-date methods of interactive teaching.
- Any other duties required for the success of the course participants.
■ Education Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting, business administration, business management or a related field
- Master’s degree in finance & accounting.
■ Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Native Kurdish or Arabic speaker.
- Proven work experience in finance & accounting.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated team management experience.
- Has 5 years or more of similar work experience in finance & accounting and an additional 2 years of teaching experience in the same field.
- Must have means of transportation.
■ Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international organizations and companies is an asset.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
